How do you ensure the safety of your products?

Our products are designed and manufactured with user safety as a top priority.
1. Our products feature a core NTC temperature control system that intelligently adjusts power to achieve precise temperature regulation.
2. A safety cut-off design automatically shuts off power to the heating element when the temperature exceeds the safety
threshold, preventing overheating and damage.
3. A dual fuse design ensures that in the event of a serious malfunction or overload, the fuse will blow, completely cutting off the circuit to prevent more severe accidents.
4. In terms of materials, we use higher-end components. For the drive system, we use a 7A IPM drive, integrating six 7A MOSFETs and three pre-drivers, allowing for more precise current control and providing higher current capacity and stability. Additionally, our product bodies are made of high flame-retardant materials, ensuring safety even in extreme conditions.
5. During the initial phase, we conducted 1,000 hours of testing on 1,000 mass-produced units, and only after all safety-related tests were fully passed did we proceed with full production and shipment.

How does your factory control quality?
Our product testing standards are in line with those of top-tier manufacturers. Before shipment, each product undergoes three rounds of testing, including raw material testing, semi-finished product testing, and post-aging finished product testing. Only after passing all three tests is a product considered qualified.
